Cancellation policy Winter:
Group courses, private lessons, and guided tours take place in all weather conditions.
Withdrawal from the contract is possible up to 24 hours before the start of the lesson without incurring a cancellation fee.
If cancellation occurs at a later date, Outdoor Leadership / Skischool Krippenstein is entitled to charge the agreed rate for a full day.
If we have to cancel a guided tour for any reason (storm, avalanche & snow situation, etc.), we will cancel it on time without incurring costs.

Cancellation policy Summer:
Guided tours take place in all weather conditions.
Withdrawal from the contract is possible up to 48 hours before the agreed date without incurring a cancellation fee.
If cancellation occurs at a later date, Outdoor Leadership is entitled to charge the agreed rate for a full day.
If Outdoor Leadership has to cancel the tour for any reason (weather, water level to high….) we will cancel it on time without incurring any costs.
